Can I book a ticket for later in the year?
We are not taking any advance bookings for visits until after 30th June. We are currently accepting bookings after this time. However, if the situation changes, updates will be posted on this page and social channels.

Is The Alnwick Garden still open?
The Alnwick Garden remain open. All bookings for The Alnwick Garden remain valid. If you have any concerns regarding a booking for The Alnwick Garden, please contact: info@thealnwickgarden.com or 01665 665700

I have booked a ticket to visit between 27th March - 30th June. Will I be refunded?
Castle Only Tickets: You will receive a full refund. Our team are busy processing a large quantity of refunds. Your payment will be returned within 14 working days.
 
Castle and Garden Combined Ticket: As The Alnwick Garden remain open, you will receive a full refund of the castle portion of your ticket only. You will receive your refund within 14 working days. If you wish to visit The Alnwick Garden, your ticket is still valid for your visit date. If you wish to amend your visit to The Garden, please contact: info@alnwickgarden.com or 01665 511350  

I have booked a ticket to visit after 30th June, can I get a refund?
We are continuing to monitor the situation. If this closure continues and affects your booking, a member of our team will contact you before your visit date. Until this point standard terms and conditions apply.
